Mountain Plains Community Services Society is seeking dedicated Youth Care Counsellors for full time positions, available in both day and night shifts. You will be instrumental in providing trauma-informed support, assisting youth with their unique needs, and cultivating healthy, supportive relationships. Key Responsibilities:
• Work as part of a team to enhance youth program success
• Establish rapport and unique relationships with youth clients




• Oversee personal care and wellness needs of clients
• Document client progress and support plans effectively
• Uphold advocacy for clients in all essential circumstances
Requirements:
• Degree or 2-Year Diploma in Child and Youth Care
• Valid Alberta Class 5 Driver’s License
• Explicit Criminal Records Check
• Vehicle insurance with $2 million liability
• Knowledge of Youth Mental Health challenges
