As the Facilities Director, you will report directly to the Executive Director and manage a team responsible for various operational areas, including maintenance, housekeeping, laundry, and security. You will leverage your supervisory experience to oversee repairs, manage contractor projects, and ensure fire protection compliance, maintaining high standards throughout the community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and lead overall facilities management operations
• Respond to emergencies and direct other personnel




• Liaise with the Executive Director and vendors effectively
• Oversee HVAC system and fire protection maintenance
• Manage financial statements and budget compliance
Requirements:
• High School Diploma/GED required
• Minimum two years of supervisory experience
• Three years of facilities experience in related systems
• Valid Driver's License may be required
• Certification may be needed as per state
