You will provide critical assessment, treatment, and support to clients with mental disorders as part of a multidisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments and provide mental health treatments
• Design and maintain personalized rehabilitation initiatives
• Monitor medication side effects and efficacy




• Engage with families and community health resources
• Implement crisis intervention techniques when necessary
Requirements:
• BC licensure as an RN or RPN
• At least one year of experience in psychiatric nursing
• Familiarity with Psychosocial Rehabilitation model and interventions
• Valid CPR certification
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
