The successful candidate will work on a broad range of civil litigation files and collaborate closely with senior counsel on complex matters.Key ResponsibilitiesManage litigation files from commencement through resolutionDraft pleadings, motions, applications, affidavits, and factumsConduct legal research and prepare written advocacyAttend discoveries, case conferences, and motionsAssist in the preparation of matters for hearings and trialCommunicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court staffQualifications3–6 years of civil litigation experienceMember in good standing with the Law Society of OntarioStrong knowledge of the Rules of Civil ProcedureExcellent drafting,
