In this pivotal role reporting to the CFO, you will guide HR best practices and uphold compliance across all employee-related functions. Your task is to ensure effective onboarding, support performance management processes, and manage employee concerns while fostering a positive workplace culture. Flexibility for occasional weekend work is needed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer comprehensive HR services across LSCDG
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Manage performance and disciplinary actions effectively
• Lead workplace investigations and documentation
• Oversee employee engagement and training initiatives
Requirements:
• Degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience
• Active CHRP or pursuing CHRL considered an asset
• Minimum 3-5 years in HR roles
• Strong understanding of employment laws
• Valid transportation for meetings and duties
