St. Andrew’s College and St. Anne’s School are seeking a skilled Facilities and Capital Projects Coordinator to optimize operations across both campuses in Aurora, Ontario. This full-time role offers exciting challenges coordinating diverse facility projects while maintaining a focus on day-to-day maintenance tasks.
As a vital member of the Property & Facilities team, you will drive major capital projects and daily repairs, ensuring that both school environments run smoothly. Your strong technical skills and collaborative demeanor will be essential in working effectively with contractors and internal stakeholders, supporting project coordination from conception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate capital, renovation, and maintenance projects from planning to implementation.
• Liaise with architects, contractors,



and stakeholders.
• Review quotations and monitor project costs.
• Respond to maintenance work orders across campuses.
• Provide regular updates on project status.
Requirements:
• Secondary school diploma required.
• Minimum three years in capital project coordination.
• Knowledge of building systems and trade practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to safe work practices and compliance.
