Compensation

- Competitive base salary between $90,000 – $115,000 depending on experience

Responsibilities

- Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and operational oversight for the commercial broker team
- Develop and maintain a robust portfolio of commercial clients while supporting team sales and growth strategies
- Build and nurture strong client relationships through risk assessments and tailored insurance solutions
- Support complex underwriting and technical review to ensure policy accuracy and coverage adequacy
- Foster positive insurer relationships, negotiate terms, and advocate for clients




- Ensure compliance with Saskatchewan insurance regulations and internal policies
- Oversee workflow, monitor key performance indicators, and drive continuous process improvements
- Support claims management, risk mitigation initiatives, and operational excellence initiatives

Qualifications

- Must have Level 3 Insurance License
- Proven experience in commercial insurance brokering or management, with knowledge of small to large risks including commercial auto, property and casualty, cyber, D&O;, and E&O;
- Niche expertise in farm and agricultural insurance products is an asset
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop a team
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage complex accounts and provide technical insurance guidance
- Experience leading a team of brokers is highly preferred
- Must be able to work in office full time
