This role involves skating shop and patrol responsibilities, emphasizing guest service, public safety, and ice management. Ideal candidates should commit to at least two shifts weekly and possess robust skating skills, with preference for those with previous guest service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage skate shop operations during public sessions
• Enforce rules for a safe ice skating environment
• Provide basic first aid and emergency support




• Assist guests with skate rentals and helmet fitting
• Maintain organization in the skate shop and lobby areas
Requirements:
• Strong ice-skating ability is essential
