Key Responsibilities:
• Draft and negotiate Master Services and staffing agreements
• Provide legal advice to Sales on contracts and risks

• Maintain legal records and leverage AI for efficiency
Requirements:
• J.D. or LL.B. from a recognized Canadian law school
• 1-5 years of legal experience in-house or private practice
• Active Law Society of Ontario membership
• Solid background in commercial contracts
• Knowledge of Canadian employment law preferred
