digital experiences and content supply chain solutionsConsult across a holistic enterprise architecture and marketing stack, including integration of AEM into enterprise environmentsEvangelize best practices through Valtech’s Adobe communityOccasional hands‑on coding, assisting lead developers with POCs and challenging implementationsAssist with top‑down or bottom‑up project estimationsAct as SME on opportunities sourced by the Business Development teamProvide guidance and oversight for projects, identify and address technical issues as they ariseMust Have QualificationsTo be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications:Experience working in an agency or consulting environment including effective collaboration with other disciplines such as UX/visual design, content and digital strategy, UI, etc.Track record of at least four years architecting and delivering large‑scale implementations of AEM with a strong focus on AEM Assets as Enterprise DAM, Dynamic Media and advanced digital asset management aspectsHands‑on experience with recent versions of AEM including AEM Cloud ServiceExperience connecting teams across countries and culturesPresales and pitch experienceExperience delivering complex integrations with third‑party systems such as ERP, CRM, DAM and PIM, preferably through cloud‑native architectures including experience with asset migration, metadata modeling, ingestion pipelines and automated asset processingFamiliar with DevOps practices and tools including Cloud ManagerExperience in unit and performance testing, both in methodology and toolingDeep exposure to agile development practicesExperience with the following highly desirable:Edge Delivery ServicesAdobe I/O Runtime and AppBuilderAdobe Workfront and Workfront FusionIf you do not meet all the listed qualifications or have gaps in your experience, we still encourage you to apply. The offered salary range is $120,000 to $170,000 annually,
depending on experience and location.A comprehensive insurance plan, where you can choose the module that best suits your needs—Gold, Silver, or Bronze. The employer may contribute up to 80% of your coverage depending on the selected module. This plan includes short‑ and long‑term disability coverage.Dialogue via Sun Life provides virtual healthcare services, allowing you to consult with a healthcare professional for emergencies, prescription renewals, and more. You also have access to the Employee and Family Assistance Program, as well as a complete mental health support program.A $500 Personal Spending Account, which can be used for healthcare reimbursements, gym memberships, public transit passes, office supplies, or contributions to your RRSP through Valtech.A retirement plan where Valtech will match 100% of your RRSP contributions through a Deferred Profit Sharing Plan (DPSP), up to a maximum of 4%. You can start contributing to your RRSP immediately, and to the DPSP after 3 months.
