The Diagnostic Imaging Program supports diverse adult and pediatric patients at CMH. You will handle critical clerical functions in the MRI department, including patient documentation and interaction with healthcare specialists. This temporary full time role operates on night shifts, contributing to productive patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage MRI patient reception and registration
• Process DI requisitions in Ocean Portal E-referral system
• Communicate effectively with radiologists and technologists




• Maintain accurate patient scheduling and documentation
• Perform additional clerical duties as required
Requirements:
• Community College Diploma in Medical Office Administration
• Minimum 2 years' experience with imaging booking processes
• Proficiency in Meditech Radiology module
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology related to Imaging
• Robust interpersonal and communication skills
