Store Supervisor – Westlynn Bakery

North Vancouver

Permanent, full‑time; 40 hours per week; $24.25 per hour.

Standard 8‑hour shifts scheduled between 8 am and 5:30 pm.

Responsibilities
Supervise, coordinate, and schedule day‑to‑day production activities.
Draw up production schedules.
Handle daily operations of the bakery department, including budgeting.
Prepare production and other reports.
Train workers to perform and follow job duties, safety procedures and company policies.
Maintain records of stock, sales, wastage and resolve customer issues.
Oversee sales and merchandising of baked goods.
Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies.

Qualifications
Secondary school completion required.
Minimum 1 year experience working in a bakery store or a related area.
Prior experience in hospitality industry is an asset.
English language ability required.
Must be willing to work on the weekend.
