In this permanent, full time position, you will manage learning platform configurations, content development, and compliance auditing to ensure seamless training experiences for team members. Your role includes developing dashboards that drive insights and informed decision-making through data analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
• Configure LMS and manage course enrollments and permissions • Develop SharePoint resources to improve content access • Conduct data analysis to evaluate training programs and performance • Collaborate on learning pathways and compliance initiatives • Generate reports on learning engagement and system usage
Requirements: • Degree in Learning Technologies or related area • Experience managing an LMS like Zensai’s Learn365 • Robust skills in Excel and Power BI for data reporting • Familiarity with digital learning standards and formats • Bilingual fluency in English and French Canadian
