Key Responsibilities:
• Manage non-complex occupational and non-occupational disabilities
• Coordinate suitable return-to-work plans efficiently
• Complete and submit WorkSafe BC Employer Reports of Injury
• Maintain contact with injured employees to encourage recovery
• Liaise with health care professionals as needed
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree or diploma with 1 year experience
• Robust judgment and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record in disability management
• Ability to handle emotional processes and delicate decisions
