Key Responsibilities:
• Administer injections and infusions in patients' homes
• Schedule appointments based on patient needs
• Conduct phlebotomy and follow-ups as necessary
• Document visits using a proprietary system
• Report adverse events within 24 hours
Requirements:
• Valid RN/RPN license and CPR certification
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent time management and attention to detail
• Valid driver's license and insured vehicle
