Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience. 5 – 7 years of experience in the information technology field particularly in web-based applications and QA automation/performance testing, with 3+ years in a senior or lead capacity. Expert-level proficiency with JMeter, including custom plugins, BeanShell/Groovy scripting, and distributed testing. Solid experience using APM platforms (Grafana, Dynatrace, Current Relic, or similar) to diagnose root causes. Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), microservices, caching layers (Redis/Memcached), and load balancers. Advanced knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and the ability to analyze slow-running queries under load. Location: Hybrid – one day a week in office
