We are looking to connect with an experienced Workday Integration Architect for contract work. This is an prospect to work on a complex, multi-year enterprise Workday program with a well‑established organization. If you have deep hands‑on experience designing and delivering Workday integrations at scale, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing
Design and own the end‑to‑end integration architecture across a complex Workday program
Define integration patterns, standards, and governance frameworks
Lead integration discovery and requirements sessions with functional and technical stakeholders
Oversee integration development activities and review technical deliverables
Troubleshoot complex integration issues across multiple systems
Produce and maintain architecture documentation and integration specifications




Support testing phases and provide knowledge transfer to operations teams

What We're Looking For
5+ years of enterprise integration experience, with 3+ years Workday‑specific
Hands‑on experience with Workday integration tools: EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, PICOF, PECI
At least one full‑cycle Workday HCM implementation as integration lead or architect
Experience managing complex integration landscapes
Strong documentation and communication skills
Workday integration certification is an asset
