Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in service planning and evaluation meetings
• Maintain protected and predictable daily routines
• Implement daily activities that meet ISP/PDP goals
• Collaborate with team members for excellent service
• Advocate for individuals' unique needs and goals
Requirements:
• DSW Diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years in related roles
• Knowledge of the Deaf community and ASL fluency
• Understanding of behavioral health needs
• Current certifications in relevant safety protocols
