Your responsibilities will include collaborating with stakeholders, conducting system testing, and leading benefits initiatives to foster a positive employee environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer and enhance benefits and leave programs in Workday
• Participate in annual advantages enrollment and cash-out processes




• Evaluate HR requests and test solutions delivered by the team
• Work with stakeholders on strategic advantages initiatives
• Guide employees through retirement planning and workshops
Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years in perks administration
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Expertise in Workday Advantages and Absence
• Advanced proficiency in French and English
• Strong customer-focused communication skills
