Key Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly to critical incident requests onsite
• Provide crisis management and post-trauma interventions
• Conduct preliminary assessments and coach managers




• Maintain adaptability to the workplace culture
• Consult with supervisors and stakeholders as needed
Requirements:
• Master’s Degree in Counselling, Psychology, or Social Work
• Active membership in a qualified governing board
• Minimum five years of clinical experience preferred
• Completion of Critical Incident Stress Management training
• Professional Liability Insurance coverage required
