Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the creation and maintenance of food safety plans
• Directly manage Production, Mold Shop, and Maintenance teams
• Implement quality standards across all manufacturing practices




• Coordinate execution of manufacturing schedules based on demand
• Identify areas for cost savings in operations and resources
Requirements:
• University degree in Engineering or Business is preferred
• At least 10 years in management, with 5 years as a plant manager
• Multi-disciplinary experience including Quality and Manufacturing
• Continuous improvement methodologies experience is a plus
• Robust leadership and employee development skills
