Kapco Metal Stamping is looking for a talented individual to join their experienced team. The ideal candidate will hold a Journeyman’s Card and possess five years of experience in building metal stamping dies. The role includes laying out and performing operational tasks to maintain die accuracy, enhancing production quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and repair progressive dies, jigs, and fixtures
• Conduct machine and bench operations with high accuracy
• Maintain and perform repairs on tooling
• Ensure compliance with quality and print specifications
• Perform additional assigned duties effectively
Requirements:
• 2-year trade school graduation or equivalent
• Journeyman’s Card required
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in die making
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
• Solid problem-solving and communication skills
