Lead PPE management and maintenance as a Personal Protective Equipment Coordinator. Supervise safety compliance, availability, and usage tracking while providing administrative support within Supply Chain Management.
This position focuses on managing the PPE program in line with Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S;) standards. You'll be responsible for ensuring the timely availability of safety equipment, maintaining accurate inventory, and supporting the development of safety budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage availability and compliance of PPE inventory
• Track usage and create purchase orders for required equipment
• Collaborate with HSE on vendor selections and maintenance
• Conduct audits of the PPE management system
• Assist in incident reporting and safety evaluations
Requirements:
• Relevant degree or certification with over 3 years of experience
• Robust background in Oil & Gas industry preferred
• Excellent organizational and proactive skills
• Proven communication abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications
