Oversee significant capital projects for the City of St. Catharines as a Senior Project Manager. Focus on project management, environmental assessments, and funding applications in a hybrid setting.
In this role, you will report to the Manager of Facilities & Energy, managing all phases from initiation to warranty completion. You’ll collaborate with external consultants and internal teams to ensure project success while navigating legislative requirements. Solid decision-making and communication skills are vital.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan engineering studies and draft requests for proposals
• Manage project budgets and expenditure tracking
• Coordinate utility relocations and property requirements




• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and public meetings
• Prepare documentation for permits and approvals
Requirements:
• College diploma in related engineering field preferred
• 5 years of relevant project management experience
• Certification from OACETT or registration with P. Eng.
• Proficiency in CADD Systems and Microsoft Office
• Valid Class G driver’s license with clean record
