Location: 4 Discovery Road, Red Lake
Salary: $20.82 to $35.26 per hour (based on experience and role responsibilities)
Position: Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities
Engage customers and provide a best‑in‑class experience by operating computerized cash registers or working the store floor.
Share product knowledge and answer questions about wine, beer, and spirits.
Maintain customer ready standards, including stocking shelves and ensuring product displays are attractive.
Assist with receiving inventory, unloading trucks, handling product, and replenishing stock.
Perform occasional job rotation tasks such as lifting cases up to 40lbs (18kgs ) and standing continuously while processing transactions.
Adhere to store safety and service standards at all times.

Qualifications
Minimum age 18 and eligible to work in Canada.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a charismatic, customer‑focused personality.
Ability to work during peak periods, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical ability to lift up to 40lbs and stand for extended periods.




Willingness to submit to a criminal background check (at personal expense) prior to starting employment.

Hours & Schedule

Work hours are on-demand, based on store needs and the collective agreement. Casual employees are scheduled according to seniority and availability, typically during peak periods such as evenings, weekends, and tourist seasons. Hours are not guaranteed but will be scheduled in advance by the store manager; occasional short‑notice work may be requested.
