As an HRMS Report Analyst, you will support the Manager of HR Systems by designing and implementing impactful reporting and dashboards. Your robust background in IBM Cognos Analytics and SQL will enable you to gather requirements effectively and address data anomalies efficiently across HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop impactful reporting to meet performance targets
• Collaborate on Business Requirements Documents with ITS
• Construct custom SQL queries for data analysis
• Identify data quality issues and collaborate on solutions
• Oversee cataloging and prioritization of report requests
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in relevant fields
• Five years' experience with IBM Cognos Analytics
• Proficient in SQL and reporting tools
• Minimum two years in business analysis role
• Solid organizational skills and customer focus
