SkeenaGold + SilverLimited seeks a Water Management Area Lead to oversee HDPE dewatering and inventory management at the Eskay Creek site. This full time, remote position emphasizes operational efficiency and environmental compliance.
In this role, reporting to the Superintendent of Operations, you will lead water management activities, ensuring the construction and maintenance of dewatering systems. You will coordinate with various teams to monitor systems, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards while supporting a diverse workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee installation and maintenance of HDPE dewatering pipelines
• Monitor and manage pump performance and water transfer systems
• Maintain inventory for water management materials and equipment




• Provide leadership to Water Management Operators on site
• Conduct routine inspections and ensure compliance with regulations
Requirements:
• High school diploma required; related post-secondary education preferred
• 5+ years in water management or similar industrial workplace
• 2+ years in a supervisory role
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence required
• Experience with environmental compliance and water management systems
