In this role, you will work under the Regional Manager to enhance health and safety program development and compliance with strategic plans. Your leadership will involve integrating core safety elements into Northern Health's operational systems and managing WorkSafeBC strategy planning and response. You'll engage with both public and private sector colleagues to ensure best practices are shared and implemented.
