About the Role

The Company is in search of a VP, Solution Delivery to take on a pivotal role in leading and scaling the organization that delivers services to its SaaS platform customers in the life sciences market. This executive will be responsible for owning the P&L; for solution delivery offerings, managing a mix of engagements, and partnering with finance to ensure the business runs effectively. The role demands a leader with a robust background in services/delivery, particularly in a life sciences services business, and a formal education in a related field.



The successful candidate will be tasked with defining and tracking KPIs, leading a team of delivery professionals, and collaborating cross-functionally to maintain a culture of accountability, customer obsession, and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities for the VP, Solution Delivery at the company include acting as a senior technical and strategic partner to sales, identifying expansion opportunities within existing accounts, and serving as an executive point of escalation for large accounts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of scaling a service delivery organization, experience in both enterprise and mid-market customer delivery, and exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. While not mandatory, direct experience with regulatory, evidence-based, or scientific-content workflows, as well as an enterprise SaaS/software services background, are considered advantageous.
