Role Description

The Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Georgetown, ON, responsible for driving growth through recent business and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with prospective and current customers, understanding their insurance needs, and recommending appropriate auto, home, life, and related insurance products. The role involves preparing quotes, explaining coverage options, processing applications, and following up on leads generated through various channels.



The Sales Specialist will also support policy renewals, contribute to sales campaigns, and participate in ongoing training to stay current on products and industry regulations. Collaboration with the agent and team to meet sales targets and deliver a positive client experience is essential.

Qualifications
Robust Communication and Customer Service skills to build rapport, listen effectively, and provide clear, professional guidance.
Demonstrated Sales experience and Sales Management capabilities to prospect, close deals, and support team sales initiatives.
Previous experience in insurance, financial services, or a related field is an asset.
Comfort working in an on-site office environment and engaging with clients in person and by phone.
Goal-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills and attention to detail in handling documentation and follow-ups.
Relevant licensing or willingness to obtain necessary provincial insurance licenses in Ontario including OTL & LLQP
