About the Role

The Company is in search of a President to spearhead its operations, with a focus on vision and strategy, business development, team growth, and the implementation of scalable systems and processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the company towards long-term sustainable growth, while ensuring the preservation of an entrepreneurial and agile culture. This role is pivotal in the company's quest to seek third-party general contracting prospects, and the ideal candidate will be a agile, entrepreneurial construction leader with a strong background in P&L; management within a general contracting environment.



Specific expertise in wood-frame multi-residential construction is highly valued, and the candidate should be capable of fostering strong relationships across the organization, with the ownership group, within the industry, and with clients.

The President will be at the helm of a well-established entity, backed by stable, long-term ownership, and supported by a pipeline of over $400M in projects. The role demands a leader with a growth and strategic mindset, who can effectively manage a team of 75 professionals and leverage the company's integrated capabilities. The position is ideally suited for a candidate based in Alberta or Saskatchewan, and offers a unique prospect to lead a business with the backing of a mature private developer. The President will play a key role in the company's expansion, capitalizing on its solid trade connections and experience in the construction sector.
