In your position as a Building Attendant, you'll report to the Maintenance Manager while carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance strategies. This includes regular inspections, equipment maintenance, and performing renovations as needed. Your contributions will ensure excellence in facility upkeep and safety compliance across sites.
Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect buildings and equipment at DDC sites regularly
• Maintain a comprehensive record of equipment maintenance
• Diagnose breakdowns and implement solutions promptly




• Execute minor renovations, such as repairs and installations
• Oversee equipment inventory and supplier relationships
Requirements:
• 3 to 5 years of experience in building maintenance
• Technical diploma or relevant skill cards an asset
• Solid autonomy and problem-solving capabilities
• Basic computer skills, notably with Microsoft Office
• Valid driver's license for site access
