As part of the Strategic Enterprise Integration & Modernization Division, you will report to the Project Director and focus on gathering, analyzing, and documenting payroll-related business requirements. Collaborating with teams across Payroll, HR, IT, and Finance, you will support the adoption of cutting-edge payroll solutions while analyzing and improving service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze current payroll processes to identify improvement prospects
• Document and manage business and data requirements via multiple methods
• Coordinate requirements sessions with stakeholders for effective outcomes




• Maintain essential documents like Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)
• Develop analytical and reporting solutions using business intelligence tools
Requirements:
• Relevant post-secondary education in business analysis or similar field
• Proven experience in business process improvement initiatives
• Strong capabilities in data analysis and validation
• Robust stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
• Knowledge of payroll and financial systems integration
