Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and service industry, is seeking a SAP PM/EAM Functional Lead to join their team. As a SAP PM/EAM Functional Lead, you will be part of the Application Support team supporting enterprise maintenance and warranty management processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem‑solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to support operations, which will align successfully in the organization.

This is a contract to Hire position.

Job Title: SAP PM/EAM Functional Lead

Location: On site (5 days/week) in Calgary, AB

Duration: 6 months + Client is looking for consultant to convert to fulltime permanent after 6 months.

What's the Job?
Provide day-to-day application management and production support for SAP HANA SCM Plant Maintenance and Warranty Management processes.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents, defects, and service requests within agreed service levels.
Perform issue analysis, root cause identification, and recommend permanent fixes.
Support configuration, testing, and deployment of minor enhancements and defect fixes in SAP PM and Warranty Management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution across integrated SAP modules and external systems.

What's Needed?




8+ years of experience in application management support / AMS for SAP HANA SCM environments.
Strong functional expertise in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and Warranty Management processes.
Experience with incident management, problem management, and root cause analysis.
Understanding of SAP HANA workplace and production support considerations.
Knowledge of SAP configuration analysis, defect troubleshooting, testing support, and deployment support.
