Your responsibilities include troubleshooting various systems and leading high-priority resolutions within the Helpdesk team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide advanced technical support for complex IT issues
• Mentor and guide IT Support Technicians on operations
• Document and troubleshoot issues with software and networks




• Track issues in the ticketing system to ensure resolution

Requirements:
• Minimum 7 years in IT support roles
• Degree/diploma in IT required
