About The Role

Our valued Member is looking for a skilled Electrician to join their team. In this role, you'll handle a variety of electrical installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting while delivering high quality work and excellent customer service.

What You'll Do
Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment
Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues efficiently
Ensure all work meets ESA standards and electrical code
Read and interpret blueprints and job specifications
Maintain accurate job documentation and material tracking
Lead and mentor apprentices on-site
Communicate clearly with clients and team members
Keep work areas clean, organized, and protected

What Success Looks Like
Jobs completed on time and within budget
Clean, professional workmanship with no ESA deficiencies
Strong customer relationships and repeat business
Protected, organized job sites and company vehicle





Qualifications
309A Construction & Maintenance Electrician License
Valid driver's license with a clean record
Strong knowledge of electrical code and materials
Experience in troubleshooting and service work
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Leadership ability to guide apprentices
Fire Alarm Certification (asset)
