As a vital member of the team, you will assist the project manager and superintendent in ensuring everything runs smoothly in office. Responsibilities include quality assurance, site inspections, materials coordination, and documentation management, alongside gaining exposure to Project Controls and Estimating roles.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor quality control and safety requirements
• Liaise with field subcontractors and assist inspectors
• Record daily activities and prepare reports
• Expedite materials alongside project management




• Maintain accurate project files and budgets
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Construction Coordination is preferred
• Must have valid Class 5 Driver’s License
• Robust skills in time management and organization
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint applications
