In this vital role, your responsibilities will encompass supporting homes during transitions, leading quality improvement initiatives, and ensuring adherence to accreditation standards. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver interim leadership support as needed within homes
• Coach Directors of Care and clinical teams effectively
• Monitor compliance with regulatory and nursing standards
• Conduct quality audits and support improvement initiatives




• Engage with partners to evaluate clinical performance programs
Requirements:
• Registration in positive standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Minimum five years leadership experience in Long-Term Care
• Expertise in geriatric care and quality initiatives
• Advanced wound care knowledge preferred
• Proven experience leading regulatory compliance efforts
