Responsibilities
Handle a broad range of civil and commercial litigation matters.
Manage files in various areas, including construction and insolvency.
Draft pleadings, legal opinions, and other documents related to active matters.
Work closely with experienced lawyers in a close-knit and collaborative team setting.
Manage a substantial and fast-paced caseload.

Qualifications
Member of the Québec Bar.
Approximately 3 to 5 years of relevant litigation experience.
Strong background in civil and commercial litigation; exposure to construction and insolvency matters is considered an asset.
Excellent legal drafting skills in French.
Strong analytical skills, autonomy, and sound judgment.
Cooperative, intellectually curious, and motivated to work in a stimulating and people-oriented workplace.
