Your role is crucial within the Adult Community Clinical Service team, focusing on providing support to individuals with severe and persistent mental illness. Engage in problem-solving, model positive behavior, and assist clients in setting and achieving their recovery goals. Promote strengths-based and culturally competent service delivery both in community settings and residences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide client interventions focusing on optimism and encouragement
• Conduct ongoing assessments of clients' mental health responses
• Collaborate on goal development for individual recovery
• Ensure a culturally competent and inclusive service approach
• Assist clients with transportation and daily life activities
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or comparable field
• Experience in supporting adults with mental health issues
