We are recognized as a Best Place to Work by Built In Boston and certified as a Great Place To Work®.In This Role You WillCollaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement People strategies that support business goals and promote a high-performance culture within sales, marketing, and customer success functions.Oversee development and retention strategies for the GTM and Underwriting departments, ensuring the attraction and retention of top-tier talent in sales, marketing, and customer-facing roles.Lead performance evaluation processes, including goal setting, feedback, and development planning, to enhance employee performance and career growth across teams.Partner with leadership to design and implement organizational structures and processes that enhance efficiency and support scalability.Collaborate with stakeholders on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning to ensure the right people are in place to achieve business objectives.Guide teams through organizational changes, ensuring effective communication and minimizing disruption to business operations.Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management, addressing employee relations issues, conducting thorough investigations, and resolving conflicts to maintain a positive and motivating work workplace.Identify training and development needs and work with the Sr. Manager of Talent Enablement to create and implement programs that support employee growth.Required Skills and ExperienceBachelor's Degree in HR or other business-related field5+ years of experience as an HRBP,



with at least 3 years directly supporting GTMExperience supporting high-volume workforces with monthly performance-based incentives within sales, underwriting, or customer support/collection environments.Experience working with a global workforce of 400-500 employeesExceptional communication and problem-solving skills.Excellent interpersonal and relationship management strengths when working with different levels of management.Strong understanding of US and Canadian labor laws and regulations pertaining to hourly employees, including wage and hour compliance, overtime, and scheduling; experience working withoutside counsel (Dominican Republic labor laws is a plus).Experience with Lattice, Rippling & ChangeEngine is a plus.CompensationAnnual Targeted Salary:$130,000 – $155,000 CADAnnual Target Bonus:12%At Forward Financing, we are committed to fair and transparent compensation.
