Support Technician – CompucomStaffing

Position located in Longueuil, QC. Provide support with project deployment, device reimaging, asset tracking, IMAC support, and customer service. Must be fluent in English and French.

Responsibilities
Perform device deployment, including reimaging and asset tracking.
Provide IMAC support for PC hardware and software.
Image, set up, and use SNOW for asset tracking.
Perform basic troubleshooting.
Escalate problems to higher level support if unresolved.
Interact with customers, answering routine technical questions or information requests.

Qualifications
3 to 6+ years of experience supporting PC hardware and software.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Deskside support and customer service skills.
Solid understanding of desktop support for imaging, deployment, and troubleshooting PC's.

Compensation

Hourly rate:



$22.48 – $29.97, depending on geography, skills, experience, and qualifications. Local minimum wage applies if higher.
