DECIEM is actively seeking an Indirect Procurement Manager to drive critical integration activities across regions and business units. This role focuses on aligning DECIEM’s procurement landscape with The Estée Lauder Companies' operational standards, involving deep-dive gap analyses and transformation initiatives. You will play a pivotal role as the primary subject matter expert, working hand-in-hand with finance, IT, HR, and other global teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own strategic runway plan for indirect procurement

• Design and implement customized operational processes

Requirements:
• 6+ years in Indirect Procurement or Strategic Sourcing
