As a Senior Maintenance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in executing maintenance activities for Canadian Programs across various bases and deployments. Reporting to the Sr DOM for Canada, this position demands strong leadership skills and a commitment to top standards in safety, compliance, and efficiency. You will collaborate with multiple departments to guarantee resource availability and support ongoing operational demands.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all maintenance activities and personnel
• Manage Fleet Management Plans and manpower planning




• Ensure high standards of safety and quality assurance
• Provide operational updates and resolve issues efficiently
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence
Requirements:
• Minimum seven years in aircraft maintenance management
• Solid leadership in energetic operational settings
• Knowledge of airworthiness regulations and compliance standards
