PSI, a renowned Contract Research Organization, seeks a skilled Lead Clinical Research Associate. This role demands a robust background in clinical monitoring, particularly in Oncology and innovative therapies like CAR-T. You will coordinate site feasibility, monitor timelines, implement corrective measures, and ensure adherence to compliance regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate investigator/site feasibility and study startup processes
• Monitor project timelines and patient enrollment for accuracy
• Review monitoring visit reports for compliance and consistency
• Manage query resolution and Central Monitoring observations
• Conduct training for site Investigators and newly promoted Lead CRAs
Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years of site monitoring experience
• Knowledge of US and Canadian regulatory guidelines
• Solid background in Oncology and creative therapies preferred
• Full working proficiency in English
• Ability to travel up to 65% as needed
