Join Dumas as an Underground Surveyor at the Galleon Gold West Cache Project in Timmins. This role focuses on accurate surveying for underground development and production activities.
As an Underground Surveyor, you will report to the Project Superintendent and provide essential support in all surveying duties. With a rotation of 14 days on and 14 days off, you will engage in both lateral and vertical survey tasks, ensuring accurate project data communication with operations teams. This position requires maintaining updated project layouts and contributing to production planning efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform daily underground surveying tasks for various activities
• Conduct survey work for lateral and vertical development
• Maintain and update blueprints and survey records
• Prepare and share survey plans with relevant personnel
• Operate vehicles to complete surveying activities
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of underground mine surveying experience
• Proficient in MS Office and mining software
• Mandatory Ontario Underground Hard Rock Miner Common Core
• Solid organizational skills for time management
• Outstanding safety record in mining operations
