As the Director of Donor Experience, you will report directly to the Vice President, Donor Experience & Brand Communications. Your responsibilities include crafting a top-tier donor engagement strategy, analyzing donor satisfaction metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize fundraising initiatives. You will work closely with key stakeholders, enhancing relationships with physicians and researchers while managing donor experience projects.

• Create and implement a world-class donor experience strategy
• Develop KPIs to measure donor satisfaction and experience impact




• Use analytics for stewardship strategies and gift renewal oversight
• Partner with philanthropy teams for custom stewardship plans
• Collaborate with the Brand Voice Director for digital engagement strategies
Requirements:
• Seven years of experience in non-profit fundraising
• Proven leadership and people management skills
• Robust communication and relationship-building abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Raiser’s Edge
