Ability to work with children 2.5 – 3 – 6 years old
Solid knowledge of child development
Adaptable and willing to work in a team environment
Individuals must appropriately communicate with the other staff as well as parents.
Support with program planning
Demonstrate and provide instruction to children and ensure planning and preparation for all activities related to the programs are carried out successfully
Engage in supportive and respectful interactions with children to ensure they feel a sense of security and belonging
Role modelling positive behavior at all times
Strong in both written and verbal English communication
