CIMA+ is seeking a Director to oversee its Energy & Resources team in Western Canada. This role involves managing day-to-day operations, business development, and ensuring operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:



• Drive innovation and standardization across the Distribution business • Manage daily operations from proposal to project delivery • Build relationships with key clients and manage expectations • Identify market trends and improve performance • Develop staffing strategies for future client demands

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (civil or electrical preferred) • 10+ years in Electrical Distribution design and team management • Registration with Engineer and Geoscientists of British Columbia (EGBC) • Excellent communication skills in English; French is an asset • Solid leadership and problem-solving abilities
