We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-driven Whistler local to join a small, tight-knit team that genuinely takes pride in the quality of their work.
What you’ll be doing
Responding to maintenance requests and resolving issues efficiently across our portfolio of luxury homes
Handling a range of general repairs including carpentry, AV/internet, HVAC, and appliance troubleshooting
Conducting post-clean property inspections to ensure every home is guest-ready and damage-free
Performing pre-arrival checks on lighting, heating, and key home features
Coordinating supply runs and deliveries to properties across Whistler
Supporting seasonal projects and working with external contractors when needed
Take genuine pride in your craft and hold yourself to a high standard
Have hands-on experience in property maintenance, construction, or a trade
Can manage your time and work independently without needing to be micromanaged
Are a transparent communicator who collaborates well with a small team
Experience in vacation rentals or housekeeping is a bonus
Requirements
Currently living in Whistler with secured housing
Valid BC driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle
Legally eligible to work in Canada
$27–$29/hour based on experience
Extended health perks (after 12 months)
